Salvo the Manager on duty was very friendly and helped us check in smoothly. He very kindly upgraded us to a Superior Room for no extra cost which was wonderful! (especially as we had just left our last hotel early as it was so bad so we were desperate for a comfortable and clean hotel stay). We had bed and breakfast for our stay. We were also advised that the hotel has a free (non-alcoholic) mini bar in the room, and we had a free one-hour use of the Spa facilities every day including jacuzzi and steam room. We were also given our beach towels at check in. Parking was free and plenty of spaces either at the front of the hotel itself, or directly opposite in the car park. The bedroom was pristine, with a very comfy bed and clean white bedding. It also had a minibar full of free soft drinks, and a kettle and teabags etc. Plenty of wardrobe space too. The bedroom was also spacious and very light. The bathroom was also very clean, plenty of towels, and the usual free assortment of toiletries, hair dryer etc. The balcony / terrace was enormous as our room was on the corner of the hotel, we had beautiful views of the sea, views of Etna and the mountains, and the Giardini Naxos village. We had two sun loungers and a table and chairs on the balcony - we thoroughly enjoyed basking in the sun and enjoying drinks on the balcony. The hotel lobby was very clean, light and luxurious and the Managers on duty were always available to help with any request, very friendly and professional. The free breakfast was good quality, with the range of food you would expect (omelette, cured meats, cereals, fruit, croissants, toast etc). The swimming pool was of a reasonable size, with a stunning view of the coast. Lots of sun loungers to use and it was never busy when we stayed - so plenty of choice. We enjoyed walking direct to the private beach also, which was again very clean. Lifeguards were on duty every day.

The hotel is nice. It had everything you need, and had spa. We stayed there only for couple of days. Located in calm and quiet area, only 20 minutes of drive from Taormina. It had its own parking space, so you don’t have to think where to park. As soon as we arrived, the cool receptionist Salvo (Salvatore) welcomed us with friendly smile and gave us an awesome tips and guided us with everything. When you meet awesome people like this at service, make you want to come back👍 that’s what made it a great stay👍Grazie mille

This is a lovely hotel with old world charm and direct access to its own private beach. We enjoyed breakfast overlooking the pool and then went for a walk along the shore. It was lovely having a beach right on our doorstep. While this hotel attracts an older clientele it was lovely with two children as we could sit on the terrace and let them play on the beach. There is a supermarket and restaurants across the road which are more reasonable priced than in town. It is a 15 minute walk into town.

Nice hotel with veranda that opens onto the beach. Beautiful classic interior. Staff very friendly. Would stay again. Friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast, soft drinks and tea in the room replenished each day, our room had a balcony overlooking Etna. Access to the spa was free, you just need to book in advance. Overall we had a really nice stay, but felt that there were quite a few little things that could be addressed to improve guest experience!

Jasmine

Friendly staff who were very helpful and accommodating. We also did a massage at the hotel spa which was very relaxing. The bonus for us was the hotel cat, relaxing by the pool alongside the cat was definitely something I'll miss. We also really enjoyed the breakfast, despite having read some negative reviews here, we thought there were plenty of options, and the pastries were very tasty.
